The SX-8s stack represents a scaled down versions of SMSL’s higher end SX-9 devices, upholding a similar character while taking a step back in both technical performance and price.
The S9 Pro is versatile, nicely resolving and a strong overall package that I can highly recommend.

Paired with matching DAC, SMSL treat the user to a delightfully modern and natural sounding stack that doesn’t disappoint.
The A50s remains an easy recommendation for its well-rounded design, ultra clean and linear sound and very reasonable price.
The SU-9 is for those wanting a balanced DAC with a pure sound, excellent staging and strong resolving power without spending a small fortune to get it.
Though the L30 absolutely nails the fundamentals making the it an easy and versatile recommendation from me.
